Please update your RSS links

I only just noticed that the URL for the RSS links have changed in the new forum update. I have implemented a fix that will allow you to keep reading the RSS feeds at the old URLs but this may change in the future. You can find the new RSS feed URLs by visiting the site and clicking on the RSS icon near the top right corner.

Forum update nearly finished and Facebook Connect support

The forum update is pretty much finished now and all that is left is a few very minor bugs. One of the new features on the update is to join or link your Emuboards account via your Facebook account. You can now automatically create an account if you are logged into Facebook and visit our Sign In page (link in top right corner). Click on the Facebook Connect link on that page and create a new account. Existing forum members can link their Facebook account to their Emuboards account by logging out of Emuboards and then on the Sign In page, choose the link account option instead of create new account. Once you have done so you can manage the new options in the Emuboards 'My Settings' page which allow you to update your avatars and status from Facebook.

I am looking to add OpenID log in support in the near future, I just need to work the bleedin thing out first There will be also be some other small additions over the coming weeks. More news on them when they are ready.

And yes I will be posting games and emulators news soon, later on today
