Add your working and non working games in MAME v0.71 for PSP.

Mine are tested with 0.91 romset. Old Namco games seem to work best.

4 Fun In 1 - boot check says wrong ROM, might be fixable with 0.71 romset
Air Combat - Emulation error and/or freeze
Azurian Attack - Working
Baraduke - BIOS screen only
Beraboh Man (version C) - Loads rom then blank screen
Blast Off - Not working. Crashes PSP
Blazer - Not working. Crashes PSP
Bosconian - Resets on boot check
Boxy Boy - Not working. Crashes PSP
Burning Force - Crashes PSP while loading rom.
Dig Dug - Resets on boot check
Dragon Buster - Working
Galaxian (Namco Set) - Working
Libble Rabble - Crash straight after OK screen
Mappy - Working
Rally X - Not Working. Crash PSP
Pac Man - Working
Pac & Pal - Working
Phozon - Working
Pole Position - Working
SOS - Working
Tank Battalion - Working
Tekken - Crashes PSP while loading rom.
Warp and Warp - Works but cant start game.

this is basic emulation currently
it's running on a 222mhz machine.
You want recent 3D titles to run. please be patient.

So, does anyone have a clrmame datfile (or a link to one) that has the games compatible with Mame for the PSP?

yes I no there 3D but I just want to no if there compatible. Just in case 1.5 is hacked tommarrow (crosses fingers). We can change that to 333mhz u know.

You should be able to get away with using the latest 0.91 romsets. if not, goto mame.net and download 0.71 there, then in clrmamepro make a new datafile from the exe (instructions is in clrmame pro).

Time Crisis didnt work crashes PSP when trying to load rom (I had to try it when I saw it on the game/rom list).

since namco is one of my favorite game house
i loaded it into my new 1 gig ms duo
and poured in over 120 roms that it supported
and put it in my attache case
at lunch i took it along
and randomly tested more than 20 games
everyone of them worked
with sound and in full screen
- what a great leap of improvement
since the first MAME emulator was released" :lol:

Ran across one of my all time favorites coin op games "Black tiger" Now it is a rom for MAMe, I would like to get it to work on the psp. I have pspmamev 0.71 r0.2 want to know what/how to change the files to get them to work on psp or do I have to rename the extensions. Also have not had any luck with any of the files listed. I down loaded the KXsploit file and only loaded a few of the emus (limited duo space) several mame titles are listed but I recieve files won't load and several files are missing. I don't know if this is due to the fact that I haven't loaded all the files( a Bundle issue) or what!
