Okay. This is the quiz for 0.2b.
It's just for fun, okay, so if anyone is pissed off by there being another quiz, PM me and I'll give you the password. But doing so excludes you from the beta program (unless you passed the last quiz).

Have fun!

/edit: too easy this one, lol ;)

...and the link to DSpec 0.2b

You should be able to get this from the Official DSpec Homepage sometime tomorrow.

0.2 should work on Supercard 1.70, M3, and MP. Please let me know if you have problems in the DSpec 0.2b thread.

Just seen this, I think, after a real quick look, I have the correct answers.... I will just have to see when the new file is posted ( only one I'm a tad unsure of is number 8 )

Thanks HiVE - still had to do some searching for that darn text adventure though!!

Info for you all who may use the GBAMP (Movie player or variants):
Version 02b still would not work on my GBAMP CF version - black screens still, however if you have Wireless Multiboot Capabililty, try the following:
Rather than run the dspec off my GBAMP, I am booting my NDS whilst holding Select to stop the GBAMP CF from booting so it goes to the NDS Boot screen (clock calendar, pico chat etc), and then choosing DS Download Play and sending the DSpec02b.NDS file over Wifi to the NDS. DSpec then loads and works, and using file open, I can access the GBAMP file system to get my SNA files!!
I have tried dspec 0.2a aswell over wifi but that still crashes with black screens, so whatever has altered in 2b has kinda worked, just not 100% yet on the GBAMP CF.

;)

Info about the password:
its all in CAPS!
There are no numbers 1234567890 - spell it out if necessary
Lastly, the word THE doesn't count, try the next word.
Should help you out a little.....

Yeah, the last one was all lowercase.. very sneaky.. this is better than Brain Training for giving the old gray matter a workout.

Thanks for making that quiz a little easier :)

I've test 2b on both Supercard SD and M3 MiniSD and the it works great with both cards, on flashed and nonflashed DS's.

Here are some of the bugs I found.

M3
1. When saving your game it lock up the emulation.
2. Key configs dont save.

SC
1. When saving your game it just writes a 0k and the game no longer loads.

Key Config save works fine though.

Bloody brilliant!! Seriously, I have just been thrashing 0.2b on my SuperCard SD Mini with the latest 1.70 firmware. Works awesome.

Original DS (v4 I think)
FlashMe v6
SuperCard SD Mini
1.70 firmware
2GB SD Card

I had been playing SpeccyDS the last few days and was well impressed with that too, but this.. man... I'm just blowen away by how professional this thing looks and plays. Thanks so much! :D

Key configs save fine here on an M3 SD. Is your Ini file set up correctly?

When saving key configs ensure that you click the SAVE button several times to ensure that the click is accepted. During beta testing flakey touch-reading while saving was a problem on a handful of DS's. If the click is accepted a save dialog will pop up for a fraction of a second while it saves.

It works, great!

Had a little struggle with the password ;) Thought it was skooldaze and mixed up wally's game with Phil Collins song B)

Just tried Alien 8 and Atic Atac and they both work perfect.

Thank you TheHive for a great emulator
